I live in Sandpiper with my family. I am a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Florida.

I am an Honorary Member of Craigielaw Golf Club Aberlady Scotland, and an Honorary Member of The Peruvian PGA

MY BUSINESS

I have been involved in the construction and building industry for 35 years. I served a 4 year City and Guilds apprenticeship in the UK as a joiner. Furthering my education I have a surveying and leveling degree from Oxford College London. I have worked on projects in the USA, Canada, Europe and East Asia.

In the last 20 years I have been directly involved in home development and sales in the UK, Spain and now the USA. As a property investor myself and with a background in development I am ideally placed to evaluate property investment opportunities and pass on my expertise to my clients. Over the last 25 years I have developed strong professional relationships with property developers, lawyers accountants and banks. I am perfectly placed to provide my clients with a unique and diverse portfolio of property investments.

To anyone buying property in the Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Jensen Beach and surrounding areas: Don’t waste your time with other realtors. Go to the best. KEN DUNCAN. After communicating with Ken for a few months, I (and a friend of mine)set a date to come from Mass to Florida to buy homes. We only had a few days to look and Ken surpassed all our expectations. Ken spent virtually four days and nights finding us both homes. This is not counting the time he spent prior to our arrival setting up appointments for us to see houses. Ken showed unfailing patiences and desire to find us the homes we now own. FYI: take his advise on mortgage companies, insurance and othe information. You can’t go wrong!

We had a great stay at your vacation rental in City Place.We were really unsure about staying there as there were quite a few cheaper condos available in other areas but everything you said was true.
Staying at City Place was like staying at a resort, everything we could have possibly wanted was right on our door step. To bad Disney could not build a park in the area and then a vacation rental in City Place would be heaven.
